For diaspora associations

Communities outlast committees.
Their memory should too.

Diaspry gives your association a permanent digital home — members, events, guides, photos and history — so every new committee inherits everything instead of starting again.

The problem

Every election erases the last four years.

This is not a technology problem. It is a governance problem — and it is why associations of a thousand people keep starting from zero.

The new committee logs in,
and carries on.

A WhatsApp group is a conversation, not a record. A spreadsheet on the secretary's laptop is a record with one point of failure. Neither was built to outlive the person holding it — and when there is an accident, a bereavement or an immigration problem, nobody can reach anyone.

The platform

One home for everything your community knows.

Not a builder you have to finish in the evenings. It arrives set up, branded and populated, with your members already imported.

01

Member directory

Self sign-up and profiles built for life abroad — visa type, city, arrival date, occupation, next of kin. Members who leave stay on the roll as alumni.

02

Events & RSVP

Publish an event, take RSVPs, get a real headcount before you book the venue and the catering. One tap adds it to a member's phone calendar.

03

News & announcements

A proper editor for committee notices, with photos. Draft it, publish it, and push it to the whole roll by email.

04

Photo archive

Every event, tagged and permanent. Four years from now the photos are still there, still findable, and still yours.

05

Email broadcasts

Reach everyone or one segment. Delivery tracked, unsubscribes handled properly so your mail keeps landing in inboxes.

06

Committee roles

Chairperson, secretary, editor, treasurer — four permission levels, so each sees what they need and nothing more. Handover is an account change, not a crisis.

Live today

One community has trusted us with all of it.

Not a pilot and not a demo. Zim-Korea Hub has been the Zimbabwean community's system of record in South Korea since April 2026 — members, events, guides and a complete photo archive.

Independence Day rooftops, KAFCON football, the Seoul Africa Festival, a presidential diaspora engagement, a consular visit — four years of a community's life in one place, which the next committee will inherit intact.

Who's on it

Growing one community at a time.

We would rather name every community on the platform than quote a number. This is all of it.

How it works

You don't build it. We do.

Every competitor hands a volunteer committee a website builder and wishes them luck. Eight weeks from signing, yours is finished.

01

You hand over what you have

Your logo, your domain, your member list in whatever state it is in — a messy spreadsheet is fine — and a handful of photos. One named contact, not a committee thread.

02

We build it and fill it

Your branding, your colours, your own separate database. We import your members, load your event history, and write the survival guides for your country.

03

Your committee just uses it

Two hours of training, recorded so the next committee has it too. Then it is yours — and it stays yours through every handover after that.

Survival guides

The reason new arrivals join, and stay.

Practical guidance for the first year in a new country, researched properly and written for your community.

The host-country pack

Written once for Korea and shared by every community here — so it is already finished before you sign.

  • Getting your residence card (ARC)
  • Opening a Korean bank account
  • Korean phone plans for foreigners
  • Healthcare & national insurance

Your home-country pack

Researched with your committee, specific to your country, and rewritten when the rules change.

  • Sending money home
  • Shipping parcels home
  • Your embassy & consular help
  • Voting from abroad

We write what is true and say plainly when something is not possible, which is more use to a member than a guide that guesses.

Pricing

Less than one member's annual dues.

For a community of 900, the middle tier works out at about ₩2,200 per member once, and ₩130 per member per year to keep running.

Thirty minutes, no commitment

Your next committee should inherit a community — not a spreadsheet.

We will walk your committee through a community that is already running, on the real site, with real data.
